Trevi Collection Hotel - Gruppo Trevi Hotels

Everything was really good. Requested an early checked in and room was ready for us, thank you so much (after a long trip, it’s a treat to be able to rest right away). We got an upgraded room which was spacious and really quiet for been in a busy place as Rome. Breakfast had everything that you could ask for..excellent! The location of this hotel is great …to the right Spanish steps to the left Trevi Fountain. Thank you Trevi Collection for a great stay!

The hotel is located in a wonderful historic area just at 10 minutes from the train station by walking. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options.

Hotel Trevi collection was outstanding. Exceeding all expectations regarding location, staff, our rooms were spotless, and breakfast was amazing! The best we have had in fact in a city centre hotel. Everything from the colosseum to the Vatican was walkable, although we used metro which was literally around the corner, to get to the Vatican as we had an early morning tour. The hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay. Staff were super helpful and let us keep our room for a further couple of hours till our taxi came for the airport which enabled us to spend the morning shopping without worrying about vacating our room. Lovely quality toiletries and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. Kettle and cups with tea and coffee. Mini fridge with water and drinks. Lovely crisp white bed linen and duvet on comfy beds. Will not stay anywhere else when back in Rome. Excellent!

Great location, most of the staff weee very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the exception was Sere on reception desk who was very rude.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bell hop was awesome! Overall, excellent hotel, the only improvement can be that you need two room keys, because the lights and AC shuts off when the card is removed. When you come back to room it's too hot.
